Commercial Information Circular No. 664/2013

The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Grain Oriented Flat-rolled Electrical Steel from Russia

In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel from Russia, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 29/2013 on 25 July 2013, announcing that VIZ-Steel LTD would inherit the rights and obligations in the anti-dumping measures against grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel from VIZ-Stal LTD with effect from 26 July 2013.
