The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Nucleotide food additive from Indonesia and Thailand

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 39/2013 on 6 August 2013, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of nucleotide food additive from Indonesia and Thailand. The relevant tariff code is 2934 9990 and 3824 9099.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of nucleotide food additive from PT. Cheil Jedang Indonesia and PT. Kirin Miwon Foods of Indonesia, and Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. of Thailand would be adjusted to 93.6%, 93.6% and 9.9% respectively with effect from 7 August 2013.
