The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Chloroprene rubber from Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 45/2013 on 26 July 2013, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of chloroprene rubber from Japan. The relevant tariff codes are 4002 4910 and 4002 4990.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of chloroprene rubber from DENKI KAGAKU KOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHA of Japan would be adjusted to 20.8% with effect from 26 July 2013.
