Commercial Information Circular No. 660/2013

The Mainland of China : Extension of Countervailing Investigation against Imports of Solar-grade Polysilicon from the United States

The Ministry of Commerce initiated a countervailing investigation against imports of solar-grade polysilicon from the United States on 20 July 2012. The relevant tariff code of the product is 2804 6190, under which electronic-grade polysilicon is not covered in this investigation. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 582/2012 dated 26 July 2012.

DETAILS

2.The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 49/2013 dated 19 July 2013 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by six months to 20 January 2013.
