The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Certain Issues on Collection of Vehicle and Vessel Tax

The State Administration of Taxation issued a notice concerning certain issues on collection of vehicle and vessel tax, which will take effect on 1 September 2013. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.Among the documents mentioned in the Appendix, please refer to CIC No. 157/2011 dated 9 March 2011 and CIC No. 783/2011 dated 9 December 2011 for details of the "Law on Vehicle and Vessel Tax of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation regulations.
