The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Toluidine from the European Union
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 44/2013 on 27 June 2013, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of toluidine from the European Union. The relevant tariff code is 2921 4300, under which commodities other than toluidine are not covered in this investigation.
DETAILS
2. The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of toluidine from the European Union, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 19.6% to 36.9% on imports of toluidine from the European Union. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 28 June 2013. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by the MOC at:
