Commercial Information Circular No. 492/2013

The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Sulfamethoxazole from India

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 38/2013 on 14 June 2013, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of sulfamethoxazole from India. The relevant tariff code is 2935 0030.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 16 June 2013, the anti-dumping measures against imports of sulfamethoxazole from India would be imposed for 5 years in accordance with the Notice Nos. 48/2007 and 50/2012 issued by MOC. 3.For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC No. 240/2007 dated 18 June 2007.
