The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province has recently promulgated the Provisions on Conciliation of Labour and Personnel Disputes (the Provisions), which took effect on 10 June 2013. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
