The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measure against Imports of Acetone from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea and the Taiwan Province

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 35/2013 on 7 June 2013, announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of acetone from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 2914 1100.

DETAILS

2.For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 7 June 2013). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 January 2012 - 31 December 2012. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans during 1 January 2008 - 31 December 2012. 3.During the review period, anti-dumping duties on imports of acetone from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea and the Taiwan Province continue to apply.
