The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Billing Issues for Printing of Invoices with Organization Names

The State Administration of Taxation and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued a notice concerning the billing issues for printing of invoices with organization names. For details, please refer to a copy of the measures (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.Among the documents mentioned in the Appendix, please refer to CIC No. 1103/2012 dated 28 December 2012 for details of the "Notice Concerning the Cancellation and Exemption of Certain Administrative Fees"; please refer to CIC No. 127/2011 dated 28 February 2011 for details of the "Implementation Details of Administrative Measures on Invoices of the People's Republic of China".
