The Mainland of China : Preliminary Finding of Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Pyridine from India and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 30/2013 on 27 May 2013, announcing the preliminary finding of the anti-dumping investigation against imports of pyridine from India and Japan. The relevant tariff code is 2933 3100.

DETAILS

2.The preliminary finding reveals that dumping existed regarding pyridine originated in India and Japan, with dumping margin ranged from 24.6% to 57.4%. It is found that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry and that causal link existed. With effect from 28 May 2013, importers have to provide deposit according to the margin of dumping as guarantee to the General Administration of Customs for importation of pyridine.

3.Interested parties may submit written representation and supporting evidence to the MOC within 10 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 27 May 2013) for their consideration. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice at :
