The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Tax Returns for Personal Income Tax

The State Administration of Taxation issued a notice concerning the tax returns for personal income tax, which will take effect on 1 August 2013. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Law on Personal Income Tax of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation rules, please refer to CIC No. 417/2011 dated 11 July 2011 and CIC No. 454/2011 dated 29 July 2011. For details of the "Measures on the Self-Declaration of Personal Income Tax (Trial)", please refer to CIC No. 443/2006 dated 9 November 2006.
