Commercial Information Circular No. 302/2013

The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Nonyl Phenol from India and the Taiwan Province

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 15/2013 on 28 March 2013, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of nonyl phenol from India and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 2907 1310.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 29 March 2013, the anti-dumping measures against imports of nonyl phenol from India and the Taiwan Province would be imposed for 5 years in accordance with the Notice No. 11/2007 issued by MOC. 3.For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC No. 141/2007 dated 28 March 2007.
