The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of M-dihydroxybenzene from Japan and the United States

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 13/2013 on 22 March 2013, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of m-dihydroxybenzene from Japan and the United States. The relevant tariff code is 2907 2100.

DETAILS

2.The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of m-dihydroxybenzene from Japan and the United States, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 30.1% to 40.5% on imports of m-dihydroxybenzene from Japan and the United States. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 23 March 2013.
