The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues on Implementation of Pollutant Emission Standards for Taxpayers Enjoying Preferential Value-added Tax Policy Relating to Comprehensive Utilization of Resources
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a notice concerning the issues on implementation of pollutant emission standards for taxpayers enjoying preferential value-added tax policy relating to comprehensive utilization of resources, which took effect on 1 April 2013.
