The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues on Value-added Tax for Financial Institutes Selling Precious Metals

The State Administration of Taxation issued a notice concerning the issues on value-added tax for financial institutes selling precious metals, which took effect on 1 April 2013.  For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Provisions on the Usage of Special Invoice for Value-added Tax", please refer to CIC No. 441/2006 dated 9 November 2006.
