The Shenzhen Local Taxation Bureau recently announced the "Administrative Measures on Tax Preferences by the Shenzhen Local Taxation Bureau (Trial) ". For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).
2.For details of the "Law on Administration of Tax Collection of the People's Republic of China", and its detailed rules for the implementation, please refer to CIC No. 985/2012 dated 28 November 2012. For details of the "Measures on the Administration of Tax Reduction and Exemption (Trial)", please refer to CIC No. 339/2005 dated 18 August 2005.
