The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Toluene Diisocyanate from the European Union
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 16/2013 on 12 March 2013, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of toluene diisocyanate from the European Union. The relevant tariff code is 2929 1010.
DETAILS
2.The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of toluene diisocyanate from the European Union, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 6.6% to 37.7% on imports of toluene diisocyanate from the European Union. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 13 March 2013. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by the MOC at:
