The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from the Republic of Korea

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 9/2013 on 1 March 2013, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from the Republic of Korea.  The relevant tariff code is 9001 1000.

DETAILS

2. According to the ruling, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from LS Cable & System Ltd and TAIHAN Fiberoptics Co., LTD. of the Republic of Korea would be adjusted to 9.1% and 7.9% respectively with effect from 5 March 2013.  For details, please make reference to MOC's notice at: http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/article/b/e/201303/20130300041142.shtml (Chinese version only).
