The General Office of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government promulgated on 4 February 2013 the "Interim Administrative Measures on the Administrative Examination and Approval and Administrative Service in the Shenzhen Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Co-operation Zone in Qianhai, Shenzhen" (the Measures), which took effect on the date of promulgation. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
