The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Potato Starch from the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 4/2013 on 5 February 2013, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of potato starch from the European Union. The relevant tariff code is 1108 1300.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 6 February 2013, the anti-dumping measures against imports of potato starch from the European Union would be imposed for 5 years in accordance with the Notice Nos. 8/2007 and 16/2011 issued by MOC.
