The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on the Special Fund for the Development of Energy Conservation and Circular Economy of Dongguan"

The General Office of Dongguan Municipal People's Government issued a notice on 22 January 2013 to promulgate the "Administrative Measures on the Special Fund for the Development of Energy Conservation and Circular Economy of Dongguan", which took effect on the date of promulgation until 31 December 2015. A copy of the notice is attache at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
