The Mainland of China : Initiation of Investigation for World Trade Organization Rulings on the Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures on the Imports of Broiler Products or Chicken Products from the United States

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 88/2013 on 25 December 2013 to announce the reinvestigation of the anti-dumping and countervailing measures against imports of broiler products or chicken products from the United States in accordance with the rulings and suggestions of the Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization.
