The Mainland of China : The Decision of the State Council on the Amendment of Certain Administrative Regulations

The State Council promulgated on 7 December 2013 the decision on the amendment of certain administrative regulations, which took effect from the date of promulgation. The decision involves the amendment of certain clauses in 16 administrative regulations. A copy of the decision is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.

2.For details of the "Decision on Certain Issues Including Cancelling and Delegating 50 Items Subject to Administrative Examination and Approval of the State Council" and the "Decision on Cancelling and Delegating a Batch of Items Subject to Administrative Examination and Approval of the State Council", please refer to CIC No. 588/2013 dated 24 July 2013 and CIC No. 989/2013 dated 11 December 2013.
