The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on the Special Fund for Adjustment and Upgrade of the Rare Earth Industry"

The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on 9 November 2012 to promulgate the "Administrative Measures on the Special Fund for Adjustment and Upgrade of the Rare Earth Industry", which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
