Commercial Information Circular No. 991/2012

The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-Dumping Investigation against Imports of Ethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether and Diethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether from the United States and the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether from the United States and the European Union on 18 November 2011. The relevant tariff code is 2909 4300. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 748/2011 dated 30 November 2011.

DETAILS

2.The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 75/2012 dated 14 November 2012 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by 3 months to 18 February 2013.
