The Mainland of China : The Decision of the State Council on the Amendment and Abolishment of Certain Administrative Regulations

The State Council promulgated on 9 November 2012 the decision on the amendment and abolishment of certain administrative regulations ("the Decision"), which will take effect from 1 January 2013. The Decision involves amending 5 regulations and abolishing 5 regulations. A copy of the Decision is attached at Appendix (pdf format)for reference.
