The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Nucleotide Food Additive from Indonesia and Thailand

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 65/2012 on 29 October 2012, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of nucleotide food additive from Indonesia and Thailand. The relevant tariff codes are 2934 9990 and 3824 9099. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice at:

DETAILS

2.The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 September 2011 - 31 August 2012, and the scope of investigation is the rate of anti-dumping duty of the imports of nucleotide food additive from PT. Cheil Jedang Indonesia and PT. Kirin Miwon Foods of Indonesia, and Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. of Thailand. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant information to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 29 October 2012).
