The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Adjustments to the Policy on Duty-free Shopping for Visitors Leaving Hainan Province

The Ministry of Finance issued a notice concerning the adjustments to the policy on duty-free shopping for visitors leaving Hainan Province, which will take effect on 1 November 2012. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
