Commercial Information Circular No. 854/2012

The Mainland of China : "Application and Assessment Guide for Cosmetics for Children"

The The State Food and Drug Administration issued the "Application and Assessment Guide for Cosmetics for Children", which will take effect on 1 February 2013. For details, please refer to a copy of the plan (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Hygienic Standards for Cosmetics (2007 version)", please refer to CIC No. 60/2007 dated 29 January 2007. For details of the "Regulation on Application and Processing of Administrative Licensing for Cosmetics", please refer to CIC No. 62/2010 dated 2 February 2010.
