Commercial Information Circular No. 845/2012

The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polyurethane (Spandex) from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, the Taiwan Province and the United States

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 62/2012 on 12 October 2012, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyurethane (spandex) from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, the Taiwan Province and the United States. The relevant tariff codes are 5402 4410, 5402 4990 and 5402 6920.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 13 October 2012, the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyurethane (spandex) from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, the Taiwan Province and the United States would be continued for 5 years in accordance with the Notice Nos. 74/2006, 39/2008, 68/2008 and 6/2010 issued by MOC.
