The Mainland of China : Implementation Plan for Implementation of the Pilot Policy on Changing the Levy of Business Tax to Value-added Tax for Transportation Industry and Certain Modern Service Industries in Guangdong Province 

The People's Government of Guangdong Province promulgated on 20 September 2012 the "Implementation Plan for Implementation of the Pilot Policy on Changing the Levy of Business Tax to Value-added Tax for Transportation Industry and Certain Modern Service Industries in Guangdong Province", a copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.

2.For details of the "Notice Concerning Implementation of the Pilot Policy on Changing the Levy of Business Tax to Value-added Tax for Transportation Industry and Certain Modern Service Industries in 8 Provinces and Municipalities including Beijing", please refer to CIC No. 611/2012 dated 3 August 2012.
