The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Pyridine from Japan and India
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 55/2012 on 21 September 2012 to announce the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of pyridine from Japan and India. The relevant tariff code is 2933 3100.
DETAILS
2. For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 21 September 2012). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 July 2011 - 30 June 2012. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans, as well as quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 January 2008 - 30 June 2012.
