Commercial Information Circular No. 722/2012
The Mainland of China : "Provisions on the Administrative Licence for Self-Delivery Factory Vehicles to Hong Kong and Macao Owned by Foreign Invested Enterprises and Enterprises Engaged in Processing Trade with Supplied Materials of the Guangdong Province (Revision)"

The Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guangdong Province issued a notice on 26 July 2012 to promulgate the "Provisions on the Administrative Licence for Self-Delivery Factory Vehicles to Hong Kong and Macao Owned by Foreign Invested Enterprises and Enterprise Engaged in Processing Trade with Supplied Materials of the Guangdong Province (Revision)" (the Provisions), which took effect on the date of promulgation. Copies of the notice and the Provisions are attached as Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (pdf format) respectively for reference.
