The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-Dumping Investigation against Imports of Certain High-performance Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes from the European Union and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of certain high-performance stainless steel seamless tubes from the European Union and Japan on 8 September 2011. The relevant tariff codes are 7304 4110, 7304 4910, 7304 5110 and 7304 5910. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 557/2011 dated 15 September 2011.

DETAILS

2.The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 54/2012 dated 31 August 2012 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by 6 months to 8 March 2013. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by MOC at:
