The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measure against Imports of Bisphenol-A from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Singapore and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 43/2012 on 29 August 2012, announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of bisphenol-A from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Singapore and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 2907 2300.
DETAILS
2.For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 29 August 2012). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland and other markets during 1 July 2011 - 30 June 2012. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans during 1 January 2007 - 30 June 2012. 3.During the review period, anti-dumping duties on imports of bisphenol-A from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Singapore and the Taiwan Province continue to apply. For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping investigation, please refer to CIC No. 320/2007 dated 30 August 2007.
