The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning "Trial Measures on Certification Administration of Major Software Enterprises and Integrated Circuit Design Enterprises in the National Plan"

The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a notice concerning the "Trial Measures on Certification Administration of Major Software Enterprises and Integrated Circuit Design Enterprises in the National Plan". For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format)

For details of the "Notice Concerning the Promulgation of 'Certain Policies on Further Encouraging the Development of Software and Integrated Circuit Industries' of the State Council", please refer to CIC No. 119/2011 dated 18 February 2011.
