The Mainland of China : "Regulations on the Prevention of Solid Waste Environmental Pollution of the Guangdong Province (the Second Revision)"

The Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guangdong Province issued a notice on 26 July 2012 to promulgate the "Regulations on the Prevention of Solid Waste Environmental Pollution of the Guangdong Province (the Second Revision)" (the Regulations), which took effect on the date of promulgation. Copies of the notice and the Regulations are attached as Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (pdf format) respectively for reference.
