The Mainland of China : "Regulations on the Democratic Management in Enterprises of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region"

The Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Regulations on the Democratic Management in Enterprises of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region", which will take effect from 1 October 2012. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
