The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Sulfamethoxazole from India

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 50/2012 on 16 August 2012, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of sulfamethoxazole from India. The relevant tariff code is 2935 0030.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of sulfamethoxazole from India would be adjusted to 17.2%-36.4% with effect from 17 August 2012. 3.For details of the final ruling and mid-term review of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC Nos. 240/2007 and 518/2011 dated 18 June 2007 and 29 August 2011 respectively.
