The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Chloroprene Rubber from Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 45/2012 on 8 August 2012, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of chloroprene rubber from Japan. The relevant tariff codes are 4002 4910 and 4002 4990. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice at:

DETAILS

2. The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 April 2011 - 31 March 2012, and the scope of investigation is the rate of anti-dumping duty of the imports of chloroprene rubber from Denki Kagaku Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha of Japan. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant information to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 8 August 2012).
