The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues on Levy of Tax for Taxpayers Issuing False Special Invoice for Value-added Tax

The State Administration of Taxation issued a notice concerning the issues on levy of tax for taxpayers issuing false special invoice for value-added tax, which will take effect on 1 August 2012. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format)
