The People's Government of Beijing Municipality promulgated on 5 December 2011 "Certain Provisions on the Implementation of the 'Regulations on Employment Injury Insurance' of the Beijing Municipality" (the Provisions), which took effect on the date of promulgation. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
