The Mainland of China : Outline of the 12th Five-year Plan on Social Security

The State Council has recently issued a notice to forward the "Outline of the 12th Five-year Plan on Social Security" formulated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health and the National Council for Social Security Fund. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
