The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Epichlorohydrin from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan and Russia

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 32/2012 on 27 June 2012, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of epichlorohydrin from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan and Russia. The relevant tariff code is 2910 3000.

DETAILS

2. According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 28 June 2012, the anti-dumping measures against imports of epichlorohydrin from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan and Russia would be continued for 5 years in accordance with the Notice No. 44/2006 issued by the MOC.
