Commercial Information Circular No. 471/2012 

The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measure against Imports of Sulfamethoxazole from India

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 33/2012 on 15 June 2012, announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of sulfamethoxazole from India. The relevant tariff code is 2935 0030.

DETAILS

2. For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 15 June 2012). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 January 2011 - 31 December 2011. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans during 1 January 2007 - 31 December 2011. 3. During the review period, anti-dumping duties on imports of sulfamethoxazole from India continue to apply. For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping investigation, please refer to CIC No. 240/2007 dated 18 June 2007.
