The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Business Tax Policy on Transfer of Utilization Right of Natural Resources

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a notice concerning the business tax policy on transfer of utilization right of natural resources, which will take effect on 1 February 2012.
