Commercial Information Circular No. 443/2012 

The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on the Collection and Use of the Fund for the Disposal of Waste Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products"

The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation have recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Administrative Measures on the Collection and Use of the Fund for the Disposal of Waste Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products", which will take effect from 1 July 2012. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
