The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues on Retrospective Inspection for the Return of Industrial Products Exports

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued a notice concerning the issues on retrospective inspection for the return of industrial products exports, which took effect from 10 June 2012. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Law on Import and Export Commodity Inspection" and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 133/02 dated 18 July 2002 and CIC No. 375/2005 dated 16 September 2005.
