Commercial Information Circular No. 434/2012

The Mainland of China : Notices Concerning Issues on Promoting Facilitation of Domestic Sales for Processing Trade by Jiangmen Customs and Guangzhou Customs

Jiangmen Customs and Guangzhou Customs have issued notices concerning issues on promoting facilitation of domestic sales for processing trade respectively on 15 May 2012, expanding the scope of consolidated declaration for domestic sales of processing trade goods. The measures took effect on 21 May 2012 and 14 May 2012 respectively. For details, please refer to a copy of the notices (available in Chinese only) at Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (pdf format).

2.For details of the related measures of the Shantou Customs and the Gongbei Customs, please refer to CIC No. 348/2012 dated 14 May 2012. For details of the related measures of the Shenzhen Customs, please refer to CIC No. 379/2012 dated 25 May 2012.
